I am a senior, qualified and chartered HR professional. I have built my expert knowledge and experience in differing sectors: retail, hospitality, manufacturing, healthcare, education, innovation, charity, not for profit and NGO.
My experience spans differing formats, from large multi nationals, private, commercial, equity backed, family run to SME organisations. This means I can easily adapt to your needs.
I am a high-level generalist, I cover the whole remit of HR and have developed deeper knowledge of recruitment, change management, employee relations and reward. I am also a qualified coach and support leaders and employees to maximise their potential.
